Movement is important to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. You don’t have to do crazy workouts every day just a 20-minute walk will do wonders for your health. Whatever you choose to do to move your body try and reach a goal of 150 minutes per week to start and work your way up to 300 minutes. Body weight exercise is important as we get older for strong bone health so incorporating 3 days a week of body weight exercise will help keep your bones strong to avoid arthritis and sarcopenia.
