Immunity Shot
Feeling rundown, overworked, and just plain tired? Before your immune system is totally depleted take care of it by getting some rest and drink these immunity shots. I have one in the morning if I’m feeling run down and also one in the afternoon. It ensures that I won’t get sick. When making the recipe make extra and save in the fridge to have one every day until you are feeling more like yourself. I put mine in small mason jars four ounces and store in the fridge for 3 days.
Recipe
1 C Coconut water
1 large knob of Ginger peeled
1 Large knob of Turmeric peeled
2 Sprigs of fresh Oregano or 3 drops essential oil or 2 tsp Dry Oregano
2 Oranges peeled
3 Carrots peeled and cut into quarters
1/2 tsp Black pepper
For more intestinal healing do 1/2 C Coconut water and 1/2 C aloe vera juice.
Directions
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Blending it creates a higher fiber content than juicing which strains most of the fiber and keeps you satiated longer than a regular ginger shot.
Put into 2-4oz canning jars and save in the fridge to have on hand for the week. Instead of a shot, you can have it as an 8 oz drink daily after your morning coffee.
