Journaling
Writing is a great way to start your day. Begin the morning on a positive note by listing 5 things you are thankful for the positivity will carry over into your day.
Journaling also releases emotions. We tend to carry around unspoken emotions like anger and resentment or jealousy, which can eventually make us physically sick. Get it off your chest in a safe environment, and blow off steam instead of confronting someone and unleashing your wrath.
One of my favorites is the 5 Minute Journal or the refillable writing journal.
