Morning Ritual

Add this green juice to your morning ritual to get your vitamins for the day and boost your energy.

I make mine at the same time as my coffee. I make a little extra for the next day and store it in the refrigerator.

Drinking this before a workout will give you a boost of energy needed for something quick. Also, drink plenty of water.

Recipe

Equipment needed

  • blender

  • vegetable peeler

  • knife

Ingredients

2 Stalks Celery chopped

1/2 Cucumber peeled and chopped

1/2 Lemon squeezed

1 C Baby Super Greens ( you can use any greens)

1 Knob Ginger peeled

1 Tbs Turmeric (powder) or a small knob of fresh

1/2 C Coconut water or just water to thin out.

Directions

Put all ingredients in your favorite blender and blend in smoothie mode. This is a great way to get your fiber for the day. If you use a juicer you won’t get hardly any fiber. You can mix it with ice as well to make it colder.

Pour into a glass and enjoy!
