Moving your body has many benefits. It increases heart rate, circulation, and metabolism, reduces stress, and releases mood-uplifting endorphins. This in turn reduces stress, makes you feel better mentally, and helps to reduce weight. If you can make one of your movements outside to change your environment and breath in the fresh air.
Some ideas for moving your body
Walk the dog a couple of times a day
